How do I Place an Order?
Browse our collection and when you find what you want, simply select the option “add to cart” next to the item. You may then choose to proceed to checkout or continue shopping. At checkout you will be asked to give some personal details such as delivery address. You can also login directly to PayPal if you have previously registered an account with PayPal. Plese note that you do not have to register an account with PayPal to shop. Simply click on "If you do not currently have a PayPal account" and enter your delivery address and credit card details. If you prefer to pay by money order please email your order with your delivery details to: orders@littlemonsters.com.au
If I am sending a birthday present can it be wrapped and the price tag removed?
We currently offer gift boxes when purchasing Stardust Kids items. Cool gift cards are also available on which we can add your personal message. Now isn’t that convenience! You’re mad not to take advantage of this great service!
How can I receive new offers and promotions via email?
You can submit your name and email address by clicking on the "Sign up here" link on the "home" page. At the end of every Newsletter there will be a link to Little Monsters should you wish to remove yourself from our email list.
It is possible that an item you purchase on this site is not in stock. Any sold out items will have SOLD OUT beside them. If an item is sold out Little Monsters will contact you immediately. You will have the option of placing a back order (see below), choosing another item from our collection or receive a refund.
What is a back order?
What happens if an item I purchased ends up being unavailable?
It is possible that one of the items you have purchased has been placed on back order. This means that we are currently out of stock of that item; however the good news is that we are expecting further deliveries! You will receive your goods approximately one week after the back order date.
What if I change my mind?
No problem! Returns and exchanges of current season online purchases can be made via mail within 7 days. Email us before sending anything. Sales items cannot be returned.
Can I buy wholesale products from Little Monsters?
Yes! We are very proud to be certified Australian wholesalers and agents for a number of brands in our collection. For more information please refer to the option “wholesale” on our website. If you have a company and are interested in our products, simply contact us on wholesale@littlemonsters.com.au
