Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged, or disclosed unless required by law. Little Monsters has an email service with special offers and/or new products being launched. A customer will only be contacted by us if you have signed up for this service. The customer can cancel this service at any time by sending us an email stating so. The customer’s email address will be destroyed immediately on receipt of cancellation advice. Little Monsters assures to take responsible steps in order to ensure that all information we collect, use or disclose is accurate, complete, up-to-date, and stored securely. Returns & Exchanges

If an item you have selected is temporarily unavailable or sold out, Little Monsters will contact you without delay. We will be happy to put the item on an urgent backorder, or organise an alternative choice of product. Little Monsters is confident that you will be absolutely delighted with your purchase. However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us and we will endeavor to solve the issue to the best of our ability. Little Monsters prides itself on taking exceptional care when packaging and sending your products. Nevertheless, if an item should arrive damaged or not arrive at all, please contact us promptly to discuss an appropriate resolution, however please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for goods once we have dispatched them using the method of shipping you have selected. Although we take the greatest care to check over any Little Monsters stock before it leaves us, should an item arrive that is faulty we will gladly refund the cost of the item (but not the shipping costs) upon receipt and authentication of fault. Similarly, if you have been given an unsuitable gift from Little Monsters, please contact us and we will happily exchange for a more appropriate selection. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with labels and original packaging seals intact. All exchanges must take place within 7 days of invoice/order date.
